MKD offers adult sessional classes in 6 & 8-week blocks!

Whether you used to dance, have recently retired, or have no experience, there’s a place for you!

Our adult classes are designed to help improve strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility while providing a fun and low-pressure environment to get some exercise!

Sessional classes are an excellent way for students to get comfortable in the studio, meet new friends, re-spark their love for dance and get some intentional movement in their day.
