Alter Ego - Heels Class Pop-Up

Join Miss Leah & Miss Mackenzie for an hour of getting in touch with your alter ego through a sensual dance class in heels. Class will include a quick warm up, some centre work and a fun dance combination to end the class. 

This class is one hour long, on Wednesday, November the 16th, we will be in Studio K at MKD the space. Class time is 8:30-9:30pm.

Please wear comfortable clothing that makes you feel good! We encourage you to get dressed up, but be able to move, and of course bring your favourite heels (please no stilettos), a water bottle is also recommended.
